I met Denise Moccio when I started my first home buying journey in the summer of 2022. I had little to no knowledge or experience in the real estate process but Denise walked me through every step.

She was extremely thorough and did tons of research and follow up to find a home for me in the area I wanted, and was always available for a showing. After I honed in on a few neighborhoods that I liked, she would check daily for new listings and send them to me immediately so that we could look at them as soon as possible. We cannot say enough great things about Denise! To say that she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We put our house on the market and were living in another state while we sold. Denise understood how stressful not physically being there can be and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Knowing that our house was vacant, she checked on things for us and alerted us to anything that needed to be taken care of right away. She is also extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive. We were kept up to date timely on every single development and she was open and honest throughout the entire process. Denise worked tirelessly to make sure we were able to sell and close in a reasonable amount of time. On top of all that she is just a super sweet lady and a good hearted person who cares about her clients and wants to do the best job possible for them. This is my fourth real estate experience with Denise, she is fantastic! She goes above and beyond what the job entails. Denise is very thorough, gets all important town and property information I would would never think of getting, so there are no surprises after closing.
